Description

Together with our client, we are looking for an Adminsitrator Happiness Officer. Being in charge of the happiness of your colleagues by helping them with different kind of matters from answering simple questions to event organization, including supplier management, office management, ... Your responsibilities may include : Be the face of the office, greet and support all visitors and staff on arrival and leaving the office Control incoming and outgoing correspondence, (i.e. mail and packages) Management of office supplies and office equipment Assist with all aspects of administrative management: insurances, cars, suppliers... Timesheet, leave and absence management and administration Support & coordinate internal Workshops and Events Preparing all relevant paperwork for the timely monthly closing activities Handling the credit card statements and expenses reports Interface with local management, as well as executives, and effectively prioritize projects and Deadlines

Requirements

  • Promoting collective intelligence, capitalizing on your passion for human resources, stimulating motivation and cooperation within your team are the key components to achieve our commitments.Your Profil: You have a relevant experience in a business environment preferred You speak fluent English with a good knowledge of Spanish (French and Dutch are optional)   You own a Bachelor or Master Degree in Accounting or Business Administration You are proficient in Excel, Access, Sharepoint and Outlook. You are extremely organized with a high attention to detail and possess the ability to juggle multiple tasks You enjoy a fun, casual yet professional, work environment You are a born problem-solver, proactively looking ahead to overcome hurdles that may stand in the way You are a lean-forward, client-focused, relationship-based individual that enjoys working You are collaboratively as a team to achieve goals You are able to work in a cross-cultural environment with numerous stakeholders You become a part of a winning team!
