Assistant Allocator with English, French and Excel

The Retail Allocator will act as a trusted member of the  Retail Trading team to support brand, strategy and vision.

Main Responsibilities: 

  • Use inputs from sizing team to and historical performance to update allocation parameters to optimize store/door sell through;
  • Develop accurate inventory flow forecasts that support business strategies;
  • Execute allocation strategies to optimize inventory, including new store assortments and replenishments;
  • Execute inventory activities to capitalize on opportunities;
  • Recommend and execute exception management and size balancing activities to ensure customer demands are met;
  • Conduct quantitative analysis and insights to optimize inventory deployment – monetize new opportunities and identify risks;
  • Visit retail stores to gather market intelligence and reflect key take outs in replenishment strategy.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Retail Management, Business Administration or any other relevant field;
  • 1-2 years experience in a corporate environment, ideally in stock management;
  • Technical proficiency with computer software tools;
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel;
  • Strong analytical/problem solving capabilities;
  • Ability to multitask;
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail;
  • Excellent French and English written and verbal communication skills;
  • Strong listening and interpersonal skills with focus on collaborative teamwork.
