Campus Recruiter for international consultancy firm in Brussels



As campus Recruiter you will build bridges between students and the company through a wide range of recruiting events.

You're good at :

- Ensuring successful management of the University Recruiting Strategy & process 

- Translating & implement broader strategy into Campus Recruiting approach for the Belgian market, incl. a focus on digital profiles 

- Defining & execute local marketing plans to attract & recruit Intern & Graduates at university level

- Defining & manage year-round calendar of recruiting activities towards Interns & Graduates

- Liaising with Campus/student organizations, define partnerships where needed

- Organizing recruiting presentations/marketing events in line with the recruiting strategy (develop communication/marketing plan; event content; logistics; welcome students; attend event; budget planning …) - Contributing to development, planning and execution of major flagship events (Strategy Cup, Strategy Weekend abroad)

- Identifing top talent, monitor & screen campus applications; follow candidates interviewing with BCG till process completion

- Co-managing the Internship program for all undergraduate interns 

- Running & interpret relevant reporting on candidate inflow/pipeline 

- Maintaining recruiting database •

- Managing ad-hoc projects incl. recruiting process improvements by collecting and analyzing information to assess the effectiveness of recruiting efforts 

- Acting as back-up and provide support for other recruiting colleague when needed


You bring :

- Master degree strongly preferred 

- A first professional experience of 2-4 years is a must; ideally acquired within a services company (consulting, marketing, headhunt/recruiting)

- A first knowledge of diverse digital profiles/digital topics is a plus

- Native level Dutch, excellent written & spoken English; good knowledge of French is a plus

- Proficient computer skills: Windows, Outlook; demonstrated basic knowledge in Power Point, Word and Excel + experience in managing databases

- Strong written and oral communication skills ; comfortable with telephone interactions 

- Ability to work with many interfaces and contribute cohesively in a strong team playing environment 

- Autonomous and structured work style; well-organized to prioritize several tasks with long- and short-term response requirements; ability to meet deadlines

- Sound problem-solving skills

- Service-oriented and proactive

- Attention to detail, accurate 

- Ability to work with minimal supervision; under occasional stress; willingness to work overtime on projects and tasks as required 

- Appropriate treatment of confidential information

- Represent BCG to candidates and other external parties according to the highest possible standards
