Description

We have a very interesting position for an International company in Mechelen (right next to the train station) working as a Customer Service Coordinator.  You will be part of a multicultural team within an international environment. Their offices are very easily accessible by public transport (metro).

Your role would include:
- To handle customer accounts from A-Z and build strong customer / client relationships
- To handle customer orders in SAP from enquiry to delivery take charge of invoicing
- To maintain customer master data, customer profiles and other customer information
- To ensure that customer agreements are kept and oversee necessary follow-up
- To monitor stock rotation of customers / accounts within agreed limits
- To follow-up credit limits and payment behavior of own customers / accounts together with sales and credit management
- To provide sales support as appropriate
- To gather information of complaints, trials, delays, payments, rebates etc other relevant matters that may have an effect on the business and relationship with own customers / accounts

Requirements

Our ideal candidate should have:

- native level English
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a positive / dynamic attitude towards customers
- Excellent written communication skills to maintain clear / concise communication with customers
- Good document administration and organization skills
- A stress resistant nature with the ability to prioritise and handle 'on the spot' issues / questions
- Proactivity is essential, with a creative sense and the ability to take initiative
- Knowledge of SAP would be an advantage
- Earlier experience in customer service preferable
