  • As an Export Customer Service Representative (CSR) you draw on broad knowledge to undertake specialized duties regarding planning and co-ordination and the analysis of data/information within the order to cash process. This  including customs documents and letters of credit. You develop customer satisfaction through knowledge and use of the internal and external network. You report to the export customer service center manager.ContributionImprove the customer satisfaction by developing close customer relationship with our Russian speaking  customers located in FSU marketFollow-up payment behaviour of the customer and inform Sales Managers to ensure on-time paymentOrder to Cash process /Administration in SAPReceive and monitor complaints and assure prompt response to customer requests


  • Bachelor degree in business management, logistics management and or commercial management Excellent knowledge of Russian and English, other European languages are an assetGood communication and negotiation skills Good awareness FSU/Russian culture Show initiative and good team playerExperience of handling ERP systems; preferably SAP is an assetPro-active, commercial attitude and stress resistantExperience in handling customs documents Commercial awarenessCustomer orientationInitiative Teamwork and co-operation
