As a Customer Service Representative you are the first contact in line for customers and users. You will be part of a team of 7 communicative and international colleagues.


  • You reply to questions from patients as well as doctors and communicate with them through; various channels (phone and e-mail), on a European level;
  • You provide product training to new users;
  • You prepare the training material;
  • You inform the Clinical Studies department;
  • You are responsible for the administrative follow-up of customers’ calls, requests and remarks;
  • There is an opportunity to give customer presentations if you would be willing to do so. (Max 3x/year).


  • You preferably have a Bachelor degree and some experience in comparable functions;
  • High proficiency in Dutch and a good (verbal) knowledge of English and French;
  • You have a strong personality and like to be challenged;
  • You are customer orientated and goal-driven;
  • You are accurate;
  • You are open minded;
  • Motivated graduates will also be taken into consideration.

What we offer

You will be working in a challenging fulltime 40 hours-a-week job with 12 ADV days. After a successful learning time, homeworking (once a week) is negotiable.
