Customer Service Representative with German and English in Evere



  • You will be working as a Customer Service Representative and providing enhanced customer service ensuring that customer needs are fully met on time and in full; 
  • You will be the focal point for Customers placing orders, booking the transport, understanding customer’s needs and handling orders in an accurate and timely manner to ensure their needs are met on time and in full, Order to Cash process;
  • You will ensure enhanced customer service is achieved using SAP for order processing;
  • You will be responsible for good working relationships between his/her commercial colleagues to ensure effective response to customer needs/enquires;
  • You will be capable to cover for colleagues during holiday periods, sickness and acting as a training resource for less experienced staff and will be expected to work to a schedule appropriate for the Customer Portfolio.


  • You hold a Bachelor Degree or have equivalent experience in Supply Chain (Customer Service) or 2 years’ experience in a customer facing role;
  • You are fluent in German and English, French is an asset, Czech is a plus;
  • You have excellent telephone manners;
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • You are very stress resistant; 
  • You have SAP knowledge.
