•Working as part of the customer sales support team for Holland's market
•To provide support and work as part of a team reporting to Sales Manager and Purchase department
•Provide information requests of customers regarding products
•Handling tender notices of the public institutions and respond in a timely manner, within compliance and requirements
•Ensure management of the client quotes
•Management and monitoring of documents of clients (certificates, tenders, contracts, …)
•Management of received orders of customers (mail, fax, telephone,…)
•Monitoring of deliveries of client orders (supplier, delivery time…)
•Filing and Documentary policy of orders
•Monitoring of customer complaints files, following the request of complaints officer (price complaint, delivery, returns, credit notes, …)
•Deal with incoming phone calls in a positive and porfessional manner
•Management and classification of customer documents in each file
•Transmission of information to the Sales Manager and Sales Representative
•Ensure back up of the service Sales Administration & Customer Service


•Fluent in Dutch
•Conversational English and/or French are a plus
•Previous experience of SAP system, CRM and Knowledge of the management of procurement – EBP, as well as Quality system ISO 9001 are all a plus but not necessary.
•Knowledge of the Office programs
•Able to work as part of a team

A full time positionof 38 hours a week, or possibility of 30 hours a week spread out in the mornings Monday to Friday.
