The Deputy Head of Team Assistance will assist as deputy to the office manager in the following:
• Adoption of conventional office tasks;
• Appointment and travel coordination;
• Reception, Support and hospitality of guests;
• Preparation of conference rooms for meetings and events inclusive service (hospitality);
• Preparing presentation dossiers;
• Online and database research;
• Office coordination / facility management (Notifying caretaker or tradespeople in case of repairs, customer services for defects in office equipment);
• Purchasing and managing office supplies;
• Secretarial service, correspondence (Writing letters, telefax, emails from dictation).
