In order to support the further growth and to help the establishment of our customer in Leuven, we are looking for an Office Assistant.
The role of the Office Assistant will be to organize and coordinate all administration duties and office procedures that will facilitate the smooth running of the office while ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness and communication. The Office Assistant will report to the partners.
Some of the responsibilties:
- Providing general administrative support to the employees, including scheduling of meetings and appointments, making office supplies arrangements, organizing of travel arrangements, managing agenda's, ensuring appropriate filing,..
- Assisting in the Communications, Marketing and PR related matters
- Maintaining appropriate marketing materials and communication channels (website, social media, flyers,..)
- Ensuring consistent application of the corporate identity throughout the whole group
- Assisting in the external communication together with the Managing Directors
- Being responsable for the internal communications and for the organization of internal and external events and PR related matters
