Description

As an Executive Assistant working at an international and a national level for our client you will provide day-to-day support to assigned consultants.

  • You serve as the liaison between the consultant and his/her clients, clients’ EAs, and job candidates;
  • You project manage each case to ensure that every step of the process stays on track;
  • You create, transcribe, edit, proofread and format documents;
  • You coordinate calls, interview and meeting schedules, itineraries and travel arrangements;
  • You book conference spaces and managing all ground and air travel logistics;
  • You prepare status memos and engagement letters, type/edit candidate reports;
  • You manage the financial aspects of the search billing process, including expense report processing, client invoicing, and tracking receivables;
  • You maintain excellent relationships with firm members, clients, prospects, and candidates to achieve the highest level of customer service;
  • You serve as a proactive liaison for the consultant and externals - you set up calls, create calendar reminders, create tickler lists and are in charge of event planning;
  • You project manage each business development lead to ensure that every step of the process stays on track;
  • You host potential new clients and act as their point of contact to coordinate logistics.

Requirements

  • You have a Bachelor or a Master;
  • You have a stable work history of 2 to 8 years of experience in a similar function;
  • You have outstanding language skills, have excellent interpersonal communication skills and are fluent in French, Dutch and English;
  • You can communicate and interact effectively with clients and candidates at all levels;
  • You have good administrative skills and you are able to handle, follow-up and juggle multiple activities;
  • You are exceptionally well organized and proactive;
  • You master MS Office - Word, PowerPoint, Excel and your experience with CRM/database is an advantage;
  • You want to be part of a team and are willing to assist other consultants;
  • You have leadership and organizational management skills, including project management capabilities;
  • You have self-motivation and the ability to drive key projects forward successfully with limited guidance; advanced level problem solving skills;
  • You have a results-oriented appetite for business impact, drive, and influence;
  • You have the ability to inspire confidence from leadership;
  • You have the ability to anticipate needs;
  • You can deliver high quality outputs in a dynamic work environment with ongoing and overlapping deadlines within short time constraints.

What we offer

On top of an interesting salary package, after a succeeded interim period, you’ll be offered a fixed contract.

Our client is located in the Center of Brussels very close to all the EU organizations. Very easy to access by public transport.
