The role of Customer Service Representative provides enhanced customer service ensuring that customer needs are fully met on time and in full.
You will be the focal point for Customers placing orders, booking the transport, understanding customer’s needs and handling orders in an accurate and timely manner to ensure their needs are met on time and in full, Order to Cash process.
Ensure enhanced customer service is achieved using SAP for order processing.
Responsible for good working relationships between his/her commercial colleagues to ensure effective response to customer needs/enquires.
Capable to cover for colleagues during holiday periods, sickness and act as a training resource for less experienced staff and will be expected to work to a schedule appropriate for the Customer Portfolio.
