Fairs and Events Coordinator with excellent English, in Anderlecht.



As as Fairs and Events Coordinator you will assist and coordinate fairs and events for our client's divisions within the EMEA region. Moreover, you will give administrative support to the Fairs and Events department.

  • You will coordinate the organisation of international and regional events;
  • You will book conference rooms and spaces;
  • You will scan badges and take care of the entertainment, hostess(es);
  • You will be in charge of booking catering, hotel;
  • You will ensure best on-site visibility (ads in exhibitor/fair catalogue, banners, goodies bag);
  • You will  liaise with business partners together and in agreement with the Fairs & Events Team;
  • You will coordinate design and production of invitations to event (as and when required);
  • You will ensure delivery of requested and relevant stand material (samples, literature);
  • You will prepare and issue the info-guide;
  • You will collect and process all fairs and events application forms and invoices;
  •  You will  follow-up on payments in a cost effective manner, ensuring company’s best interest;
  • You will have to travel, about 5 to 10% of the time.


  • You have a Bachelor Degree or equivalent work experience is a similar field;
  • You are highly proficient in English, and at least 1 other European language such as German is considered an asset;
  • You have good knowledge of MS Office, and knowledge of Marketo and Salesforce is a plus;
  • You have good office management skills;
  • You have excellent PR and communication skills;
  • You are highly organized and able to prioritize tasks;
  • You have outstanding time management skills;
  • You are creative and a team player;
  • You have an eye for detail;
  • You are open-minded.
