Description

As an admin assistant you will be working on very interesting European Projects and you will play a decisive role in the team's and the company's success.

  • You will be collecting and processing suppliers' and customer's invoices;
  • You will be checking the travel expenses and other costs;
  • You will do a follow-up of timesheets' approval;
  • You will be managing the correspondence, the reminders and complaint letters, mail merge;
  • You will carry out the update of databases for suppliers/customers;
  • You will  be in charge of the office management requirements and orders;
  • You will be filing and archiving.

Requirements

  • You hold a Master Degree or have equivalent work experience in a similar position in a finance environment, previous experience in EU projects is a great advantage;
  • You have excellent verbal and written English skills (French and other EU languages are an advantage);
  • You have an excellent knowledge of office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, internet);
  • You have a strong numerical affinity and are at ease with figures; 
  • You are organized and efficient;
  • You are motivated and able to work on your own initiative and within a team.
