As an HR Coordinator you will perform a variety of activities that collectively contribute to the functionality of the Support Staff and of the Belux offices in general. You will report to the HR & Administration Manager.

Key tasks and responsibilities: HR Coordinator (60%)

•Support key HR processes and programs for the Belux offices

•Provide administrative support to the HR & Administration Manager in a wide range of areas (e.g., Support Staff’s recruiting, onboarding, performance management, interim contracts)

•Coordinate local office programs (e.g., ExciteCom)

•Provide a range of administrative support such as creating and updating databases, arranging team meetings and workshops •Coordinate ongoing relationships with external vendors

•Assist with budgets for relevant departments and monitor expenditures •Assist Support Staff’s recruiting efforts, including identifying interviewers, arranging logistics, reserving conference rooms, preparing materials, etc. •Work with department heads leaders to execute support strategies, set priorities, and manage communications with relevant personnel

•Contribute to office and Firm initiatives as appropriate Harvard Club of Belgium Administration (40%)

•Follow up on Harvard club of Belgium Registration, memberships, payments, etc

•Organization of Harvard Events together with the Harvard Board Team (e.g. venue search, price negotiation, organization)

•Database and Website Management

•Assistance to Harvard Board Team (e.g.; meeting)

•Bachelor degree minimum

•2 years’ experience in HR in an international environment is a plus •Fluent in English, French and Dutch
