Inside sales position selling specialty technology products, software, and total solutions in a contact center environment. Tasks include outbound prospecting for new customers and business opportunities, and responding to incoming sales calls in order to engage in consultative selling. Computer literate, communications, negotiation and multi-tasking skills as well as technical aptitude required.
