Follow up on the recruitment process from A-Z - Build up and maintain an effective network of agencies and contacts for the recruitment process
Build up and maintain a database of potential candidates
Review resumes for skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to position requirements
Conduct telephone interviews and perform behavioral and competency based interviews as well as assessment evaluations
Communicate recruitment progress and results to managers, agencies and candidates
Ad hoc sourcing activities
Recruitment metrics’ analysis as well as strategy design
Participate in onsite and offsite recruitment events across Europe
