Key Responsibilities Media monitoring: collect and save daily all media coverage and log information on the media database according to the PR metrics defined in the Communications strategy. Collect and report data related to other digital communications outputs per campaign Updating PR tools: update information on spokespeople folder, with bios and photos in line with the brand guidelines; press kits for the key markets and stats on media outlets circulation; Upload European content on website.
Producing a bi-weekly newsletter
Key Measures/Achievements Update timely and with accuracy the PR databases Report stats on campaigns to line manager on a monthly basis for media evaluation purposes
Publication of a European story in the global staff newsletter, interview with a European staff member on the Intranet every six months. Maintain a good open rate and distribution of the European staff newsletter every two weeks.
