Our client is actively seeking to recruit an Office Assistant. The successful candidate will be responsible for the reception and administrative support. This will be a one year contract with the possibility of an extension. The startdate is 02/01/2018.
Your function :
- Daily reception;
- Answering telephone calls and forward to appropriate parties;
- Receive guests in a professional manner;
- Responsible for daily mail distribution/organize mail deliveries;
- Coordinate the practical organization and ordering of all office supplies;
- Coordinate the maintenance of office equipment;
- Responsible for contact with office suppliers, hotels, conference buildings etc…;
- Organize logistics for yearly meetings, workshops and events;
- Preparation and coordination on site for any internal and external meetings for the different departments;
- Make travel arrangements and update the database for all departments;
- Follow up on financial purchase orders, invoices and specific contracts;
- Report to Finance, HR & Administration Director.
