Description

As an Office Assistant (part-time), you will be the primary point of contact for office related questions and issues from employees and Partners within Finalyse Brussels, providing day-to-day information and support as well as regular reporting to the accountable Partner.
You will be responsible for the office management of our Brussels office.
To order office supply, business card and goodies
To manage the incoming and outgoing mail and phones
To welcome guests
To take care of building issues with the Managing company and the cleaning company
To maintain documentation, archives and to keep the stock updated
To organize corporate dinners and events
To book travel and hotel reservations
To support Finalyse management on various ad hoc duties

Requirements

You have a first successful experience in a similar position.
You have great people skills, you are able to make real connections.
You work accurately and you have good planning and organization skills, you are flexible and able to "multi-task".
You are a team player and have very good communication skills.
You have a sound knowledge of Dutch, French & English, and you have an excellent knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, ...).
