Meeting minutes (or making sure Minutes are written)

Post management for MP

Communication / Information gathering from/to LE Ordering / Fixing Office Material Set reminders

Create new templates

Holiday approvals

Workflow approvals

Official Letters / Communication

Preparation Uploading Shopfloor file

If you work on a full time basis then there is also the possibility to be involved in some project work.


Fluent German and English, with either French or Dutch

Previous experience in a similar support role preferred

Strong organisational skills

Flexible and helpful approach

Motivated to work as the right hand to the General Manager and play a key role!

A good level in Microsoft
