Your time will be split between 2 department: e-Commerce and HR.
• Screen telephone calls and visitors, screen e-mail correspondence
• Schedule and maintain calendar of appointments, meetings, and travel itineraries
• Travel planning and booking, coordination of team events
• Preparation of presentation, meeting minutes, general correspondence, expense reports etc.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external customers
• Analytical support in excel, database maintenance
• Take responsibilities for optimization projects within eCommerce
