Description

Coordinating agendas, organizing business travel, internal & external meetings and telephone conferences;
Laying out and proof-reading legal documents and presentations.
Carrying out secretarial tasks for your team which includes management of contact details, travel expenses as well as monitoring incoming email for your partners;
Manage the billing process, from opening new clients files, to sending out invoices;
Occasionally, translating short documents.

Requirements

You have a ‘can do’, pragmatic attitude and are keen to learn;
You have great organizational skills and set high standards for yourself; You are pro-active and are attentive to detail;
A true team player, you are reliable, flexible as to hours in busy times and you volunteer to help out colleagues;
You are fluent in English language as well as good knowledge of French and any other EU languages as a plus;
You have excellent communication skills
Thanks to your communication skills you develop excellent relationships both internally and externally;
You have an advanced knowledge of MS office.

What we offer

This function is to provide admin assistance to the in a Legal department during the later office hours of the day, usually until 8:00PM.
