The Business Operations Associate provides general support services to the Business Operations Department. They assist in the preparation of materials and logistics for leadership programs, including printing, maintaining inventory, and ordering supplies.
Prepares all required program materials and equipment and ensures all requests are fulfilled on time in a quality manner.
Assists with coordinators mail merge, nametags, and other internal printing needs.
Processes the participant evaluation forms for each program.
Ensures that the Prep Room, Archive Room, and Delivery Room are organized and that minimum stock levels are maintained.
Notifies the Inventory and Procurement Associate when material needs to be ordered.
Creates Sales Orders and Credit Returns to remove and add stock to the Inventory.
Maintains stock of experiential activities and tracks their usage. Orders and builds new activities upon request.
Updates and maintains the Business Operations Associate training manual and best practices documentation.
Completes other tasks as assigned by Manager.
