You will work closely together with the Secretary General and Administrative Assistant/Office Manager in a small team of 3 people.
You will start by handling simpler issues and grow into more complex and technical issues.
meetings (Project groups, committees, seminars, conference…)
Preparation, attendance, and follow-up: agenda, presentations, documents, reports, together with the two other staff members.
Presentation of reports at meetings
Drafting of meeting reports for members and summaries for newsletter
Represent ETSA and members at external meetings.
Project management and coordination
Coordinate projects with external consultants and members (planning, budget, timeline, deliverables…)
Coordinate communication of project deliverables (via members)
Summarise and promote results of studies and meetings
Draft communication summaries and position papers on technical issues and EU legislation
Edit monthly newsletter, in coordination with two colleagues
Prepare contents of public website and Members’ Area
