Receptionist (M/F) for 28h of 4/5 in Center of Brussels

Responsibilities Specific activities will include:

  • Preparing interview rooms
  • Welcoming guests (candidates and clients) and guiding them to the interview room
  • Answering the telephone
  • Setting up Skype, Facetime or video conference interviews
  • Filling in daily schedule in a Word document
  • Sending post, packages, collecting and distributing daily mail 
  • Ordering and preparing lunches (setting and cleaning up tables)
  • Ordering office supplies, soft drinks, coffee,…
  • Changing water tanks
  • Fill copier with paper, solve paper jams, changing cartridges
  • Binding booklets
  • Manage smooth functioning of office environment


Success in the position will require a person who:

  • Can communicate and interact effectively with clients and candidates at all levels
  • Is able to maintain confidential information and has the ability to field phone calls with professionalism, tact, common sense and persistency
  • Wants to be part of a team, willing to assist colleagues when asked 
  • Should be fluent in French, Dutch and English
  • This person should have a pleasant, well rounded, mature personality, with an absolute drive towards professionalism and client satisfaction
