Description

You will join a company renting equipment to business clients for marketing events. You will have a varied function with lots of contacts, providing support to the sales team and with direct contact with client accounts, you will also receive training and coaching.

General administrative support:
Switchboard (Support and Commercial)
Booking travel
Welcoming visitors
Preparation of commercial proposals
Data input
Preparation of some reports

Business development:
Create prospect files (Linkedin, yearbooks)
Making appointment
Update contacts, prospect files

Logistics
Create shipping labels
Contact customer pickup
Travel arrangements
Activation of sim cards

Purchasing:
Creation of Purchase orders
Recovery of the invoice

Requirements

You have ideally a first professional experience or internship in sales or customer support ?
You speak excellent German and Dutch plus either French or English to communicate with the rest of the team ?
You like interactive jobs with both administrative and customer facing tasks  ?
