Our client, based in Grimbergen, is a family business working in a niche market. They are looking to expand their team to support business growth and seek a communicative Sales and Office Assistant!
In the function as Sales and Office Assistant you will be the key point of contact for all customers (B2B) as well as maintaining the smooth running of this office. You will work alongside the 1 or 2 other people present in the office.
The tasks will include:
Sales related: Provide product information to the customer (email and telephone)
Note and process product orders
Follow-up on logistics of dispatched orders and confirm delivery
Create product invoices
Provide seamless After Sales support to all customers
Review accounts receivables
Office related: Receiving and sending mail Ordering office supplies
The working languages are English and French .
