Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Organisation of meetings.

- Agenda management.

- Administration.

- Opening client files.

- Follow-up emails.

- Correspondence.

- Handle expense notes.

- Handle invoices.

- Format lay out and proofreading.

- Dictations.

- Prepare PowerPoint presentations.

- Library administration.

- General office tasks.

- Internet searches.

- Telephone contacts.

- Reception of visitors.

Requirements

Wanted:

- Bachelor degree with a first working experience.

- Excellent written and spoken French, Dutch and English.

- Strong communication skills.

- Proficient computer skills (demonstrated basic software knowledge in Power Point, Word and Excel).

- Good problem solving skills.

- Service-oriented and proactive.

- Effectiveness in priority setting and coordinating workload, good time management skills.

- Ability to work under occasional stress.
