For one of our customers in Heerlen (The Netherlands) we're looking for an experienced Customer Care Operations Employee (M/F). This is a fulltime job with an option to a permanent contract. The department in Heerlen is an important distributioncenter for this multinational.
- You are responsible for the daily monitoring of the order-to-cash process;
- You follow up on orders, manage complaints and credit notes, returns, etc.;
- You are responsible for monitoring physical and information flows;
- You support the back office and sales colleagues where necessary;
- You inform customers about products and procedures, and offer solutions where needed (possibly after consulting other involved departments);
- Besides these operational tasks, you will contribute to improvement processes in the supply chain trajectory;
- You will use SAP daily;
