Beschrijving

* Ensure accurate and timely order processing in order to optimize the fulfillment of deliveries to the customer; 
* Follow-up of complete ordering process via SAP and trouble shoot problems; 
* Solve problems and questions from Sales representatives; 
* Act as contact person for customers and internal departments on a daily basis concerning issues related to orders;
 * Communicate with warehouse personnel for any special handling of orders and delivery changes;
* Handle all logistic related issues and complaints and maintain them in excel sheet;
* Prepare credit memos and credit returns;
* Forward received product quality & safety complaints to the Responsible Pharmacist;
* Ensure all-round administration regarding the Supply Chain & Logistics Department.

Functie eisen

* Bachelor degree with customer service experience;
* Getting things done mentality;
* Enjoying out-of-the box thinking and putting pro-active ideas and solutions on the table;
* Excellent in establishing and maintaining strong partnerships with several internal and external stakeholders;
* Excellent communication and trouble shooting skills;
* Advanced Excel skills;
* Previous SAP experience is an asset;
* Strong language skills in Dutch, French and English.
