Beschrijving

* Process Sales Order: Entering and processing of Customer Purchase Orders and advising customers of the stock dates;
* Process Sales Inquiries: Identify inquiry, Change request, Communicate Shipping Instructions, Consult ERP, Request Stock Date Improvement, Take action;
* Processing customer order changes and advising warehouse of the changes;
* Providing customers with back order lists and arranging shipment of these goods with the warehouse;
* Advising customers of delivery date changes;
* Scheduling of opening orders and their shipment with the warehouse.

Functie eisen

Core general competences: Know-how; persuasiveness; planning; entrepreneurship; adaptability; teamwork;
* Result driven and able to initiate and drive ongoing improvements;
* Fluent in English and Dutch; 
* PC literate, including the use of MS Office with an emphasis on Excel; 
Customer relations experience is an asset;
* Degree in economics (Bachelor) or equivalent by experience;
* Capable of working methodically, accurate and pro-active;
* Team player.
