As a Customer Service Representative, you will be part of the European customer service team in which you will be responsible for Poland and Benelux. You are the point of contact for external customers (incl. key account handling) and internal departments and you deliver a fast and reliable communication and order follow-up. You will answer all incoming calls and you will place orders in the ERP system (JD Edwards). You will advise our customers on the product range and open orders via telephone and e-mail. In addition, you will give administrative support to our sales force in Poland/Benelux and you will be responsible for the translations into Polish (website content, leaflets, communications, …).
You will be involved in the preparation of customer visits in the European training center, in the organization of local fairs and the follow-up of sales leads. You will report to the customer service coordinator.
