• Receive and review customer purchase order information and enter sales orders in the business system efficiently, timely and accurately
• Make offers for standard products
• Handle customer and sales channel inquiries regarding order details.  Build rapport with customers in a professionally friendly manner. Follow up with customers as needed to ensure their satisfaction
• Audit sales order data to ensure it meets the customer’s purchase order
• Create and maintain an electronic sales order file containing all necessary information about a particular order, including but not limited to customer PO, supporting technical documents, export compliance, and price quotes
• Provide order status and order history information upon request
• Maintain scheduled ship dates, keeping them current and follow up with appropriate departments within the company regarding commitments made
• Document all communication with the customer, sales channel or sales offices during the cycle of the sales order
• Receive and log customer complaint issues and coordinate problem resolution with appropriate personnel
• Assist with customer dispute resolution and entering of credits. Assist customer with expedite requests after the sales order creation.

Functie eisen

• Good knowledge of English language
• PC experience (MS Office); AS400 is an asset
• Team Player with strong communication skills (phone and written)
• Experience with ERP type business system is an asset
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong attention to details.
