Beschrijving

After a training period, you will be responsible for:

* Welcoming and taking care of all guests;
* Answering phone calls, organizing meetings and ordering lunch;
* Receiving, sorting and distributing incoming mail and preparing outgoing
mail for distribution;
* Booking transport and accommodation;
* Translating documents (English, Spanish, …);
* Supporting the accounting department;
   - Checking and booking invoices
   - Inserting and activating new clients in the ERP-system
   - Offering general administrative and ad hoc support

Functie eisen

* You obtained a bachelor degree (in Office Management, KMO
Management, Languages etc.) or you gained relevant working
experience;
* You have a very good knowledge of Dutch, a good knowledge of English
and French and preferably Spanish;
* You have good computer skills (including MS Office);
* You work extremely accurate, have sense of order and you are an
excellent planner;
* You love the diversity in administrative tasks and you have a flexible
attitude;
* You learn and work fast and can think logically;
* You have a spontaneous personality and you like to take initiatives in
order to solve problems;
* You have a high sense of responsibility.
