This role is responsible for making sure the highest standards are applied for seamless order execution. The jobholder plays a proactive interface role between the distribution centers East and West and the EMEA Affiliates and takes ownership for sustainable cooperation.
This role reports into the EMEA Order management coordinator. The main tasks and responsibilities of the hired candidate will be:
- Ensure OTIF order execution respecting the pre-set SLA’s
- Ensure a consistent and pro-active communication flow on issue and challenge resolution
- Ensure and continuously improve an efficient and customer oriented service on high level for internal and external customers
- Act as a strong interface for distribution issues to the regional offices and to the regional affiliates
- Actively create and find value creation opportunities within the order management processes
- Secure ongoing updates of manuals, procedures
- Secure timely handling of claims, returns and re-deployments

Functie eisen

- Minimum bachelors’ degree with relevant experience in customer service and order management
- Sound education and / or several years’ experience in international export business
- Excellent IT skills (SAP, MS Office, Outlook)
- Very analytical and process driven; good conceptual thinker
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Hands-on approach and support of change
- Ability to liaise and communicate pro-actively with people of all sorts of backgrounds and levels
- English language skills required, French or German would be advantageous
- Teamplayer
