Beschrijving

As the PA to the CIO (Chief Information Officer = Head of IT) your responsibilities will be:
1) Agenda management CIO
2) Travel arrangements for CIO
3) Organization and minutes of meetings, including catering when required:
* Management Team meetings (monthly)
* Management Team Calls (weekly)
* Investments and Services Board (monthly)
* International IT forum (quarterly)
4)Tracking of actions
5) Organization of small events: offsite meetings, toolkit
6) Creation and implementation of communication plan, considering the target group (IT local vs IT global)
* Drafting communication texts
* Email: ad hoc communication & In The Spotlight
* Organization of town halls (quarterly)
* Organization of managers forum (quarterly)
* Organization of Open Midday Demo (bi-monthly)
* Publishing & communicating of CIO news video’s (monthly)
7) General administrational support:
* Scanning, printing and filing documents
* Creating PowerPoint presentations
8) Interacting with international contacts, both internal and external to the company
9) Interacting at all organizational levels

Functie eisen

* Native or near to native Dutch and English, both orally and in writing, working knowledge of French and German;
* Strong organizational skills;
* Strong communication skills;
* Good knowledge of MSOffice, mainly Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
* Discrete;
* Persuasive;
* Flexible;
* Initiator;
* Stress resistant;
* Minimum 10 years of work experience, 5 of which in an international company, 2 of which in an international function (preferably as personal assistant);
* Willing to work full time.

Wat wij bieden

* You will be part of a very big, international and known company;
* Initially it will be a temporary contract, but if you fit in the company you will get a permanent contract;

* 35 holiday days;
* Hours: 37/39 regime: 39h/week: starting between 8u-9u untill 17u tot 17.45u (45min break)
