A day in the life of our Management Assistant (m/v) may differ from how you planned it the day before, you quickly adapt to the needs of the business and therefor prioritize your work efficiently. You are the Go to Person for our Global Management Team and always think ahead, you understand how companies work and use this business acumen in your daily job to provide strong support on overall General Management topics. 

How you will make a difference:

  • Frequently interact with Management team reporting to the President, communicate with all levels and be the link between internal staff and external contacts and the President.
  • You prepare and follow up the travel arrangements and process travel expenses administration. 
  • Daily coordination of the agenda for Global team and President.
  • Arrange monthly management meetings and all logistics.
  • You help coordinating interaction between people, communicate with all levels, you are the link between inside/outside customers.
  • Be responsible for administrative tasks and daily correspondence.
  • Prepare and update presentations, quarterly reviews and reports/communications.
  • You take minutes during management meetings and communicate to all participants on actions to be taken afterwards and follow up.
  • You are actively involved in organization of Sales Preview meetings.  

Functie eisen

  • A Master degree and a minimum of 8 years experience in assisting general management or an equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
  • You are known for your accurate and customer focused approach in everything you do.
  • Your organizational skills are well developed and you act like a project owner in all your tasks.
  • You are a pro-active thinker and eager to learn.
  • You are a team player and you spread a positive attitude.
  • You are well known with Excel, PowerPoint and all other MS office programs.
  • You are discrete.
  • You show flexibility and dedication to achieve high working standards
